Clean Rooms

Inhales air from outside forcibly, increase the cleanliness with the triple filter, or the pre-filter, medium performance filter and HEPA filter, and then sends the air into the room. Inside of the room can be kept the cleanliness by the clean air with the positive pressure.*Class 10,000 = 1CF (Cubic Feet): means the cleanliness of 10,000 count or less of 0.5 μm particles in the 30cm x 30cm x 30cm cube. |
